It was a pleasure to act for Oticon in one of the largest fully managed office acquisitions in Scotland so far this year.

Oticon, the Danish hearing aid manufacturer has agreed a pre-let of 20,000 sq. ft. at Mercury House, Strathclyde Business Park, as part of Ospa, the premium serviced office offering from HFD Group.

This move will see Oticon relocate its Scottish operation in early 2026, after more than 50 years at Cadzow Industrial Estate in Hamilton. The letting includes a long-term lease of the entire ground floor (17,500 sq. ft.), with bespoke Cat B fit-out to support office, production and R&D functions, as well as an additional 2,500 sq. ft. of flexible space on the first floor.
