The MCM team, led by Colm Kerr, were delighted to act on behalf of EPM Holdings E.O.T Limited in the transition of engineering asset management firm EPM Solutions to employee ownership.
Founded in 2002, the Paisley-based business provides professional services for organisations operating in asset intensive, industrial and hazardous environments.
A statement by EPM Solutions explained that moving to an employee ownership trust will not affect day-to-day operations, however the change gives its workforce a greater voice in strategic decision-making and potential financial rewards tied to the company’s success.
Colm worked with Carole Leslie of Ownership Associations and Alan Watt of Reference Point Advisory Limited, who provided expert employee ownership and accountancy advice respectively.
