MCM’s Commercial Property team provides pragmatic and technical advice to investors, lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial property.

The team is proud to represent clients including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 listed companies, SME’s, partnerships and individuals across a range of sectors including, retail, healthcare, construction, charities, leisure and hospitality.

Stacy Campbell

Stacy deals with all aspects of commercial property and is trusted by clients of all shapes and sizes from PLCs to sole traders, which makes for a very varied and interesting work day.

Outside of work she enjoys arcufit classes, holidays, and sampling red wine. A large proportion of Stacy’s weekend is spent cheering on her kids at the side of a football pitch but don’t be fooled that her football skills are confined to spectating – she can still do a mean set of keepie uppies!

Stacy also likes a stroll around some of Scotland’s best golf courses and hopes that one day the quality of her golf will match the quality of the courses that she is lucky enough to have played – a work in progress for now!

Finally, she couldn’t do an “all about me” without highlighting her beautiful Labrador, Rocco. Rocco is the real boss of the Campbell household and also enjoys a canter around a golf course but please don’t tell the green keeper…

Graham Wilson

Graham is an experienced solicitor with a demonstrable track record in commercial property work, regularly dealing with acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions, secured lending, refinance transactions and development transactions.

Graham values and advises clients of all sizes and across all sectors. Those who know Graham appreciate his commercial no nonsense approach and that he always seeks to develop lasting relationships and better understand his client’s needs.

Graham has spent a number of years playing rugby and with playing days behind him has served as President of his local Rugby club. His love of the sport led to many injuries including numerous dislocated shoulders – most memorably suffering a dislocation when dancing to the YMCA at a charity dinner instead of actually playing rugby.

In his spare time, you’ll find Graham spending time with his young family (he takes them to dancing lessons, but he doesn’t take part, given his track record), playing golf and having a beer with friends.

Annmarie Aitken

Annmarie is an experienced commercial property paralegal with decades of experienced gained from working in some of Scotland’s biggest law firms. Annmarie has a keen eye for detail and her calm and reassuring nature is valued by the team and clients alike.

Annmarie’s children are now grown up and she finally has some time to relax. She takes full advantage of her newfound freedom and enjoys regular holidays to sunnier climes where she enjoys immersing herself in local culture and the occasional glass of vino. Keeping the animal theme going, Annmarie’s stress levels are regularly tested by her beautiful but mischievous cat, Bella.

Jodie Burke

Jodie is a trainee solicitor who is currently working with the Commercial Property team as part of her traineeship seat rotations. Prior to this, Jodie gained valuable experience working alongside our Corporate team.

Jodie studied for her law degree at the University of Strathclyde and then went on to study the Diploma and Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. Her family knew a career in law was on the cards from an early age, given her display of negotiation skills when it came to the tooth fairy…

In her personal life, Jodie enjoys reading and is often found with her Kindle in her hand. She also enjoys weightlifting, trying new restaurants and bars and spending time with her family (including her beautiful cat Jasper).
