Fraser heads our Corporate team and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and private equity investments.
He has been recognised by top legal guide The Legal 500, in which he has been given Recommended Lawyer status. Fraser taught on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde for a number of years.
Outside of work, Fraser is a keen sportsman and in his younger (and fitter) years played and captained his local rugby team. This resulted in him breaking almost every bone in his body, having 4 operations on his left knee and a steel plate and six pins in his right forearm!
Colm is an Associate director in our corporate team and regularly advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, venture capitals, joint ventures, refinancing, reorganisations and restructures. He also tutors Business and Financial Awareness at the University of Strathclyde.
Colm recently got married by Elvis in Las Vegas and a few of the MCM team flew over to join him and his wife for their big day. Outside of work, Colm doesn’t have much spare time as he is the proud owner of a cocker spaniel who has boundless energy and regularly demands that his ball is thrown.
Brandon is a Trainee Solicitor currently working with the Corporate team. Brandon began his traineeship in August 2023 and has already completed a 9-month seat in our Commercial Property and Employment teams.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys playing piano. He achieved grade 8 in 2017 and has enjoyed playing gigs ever since. In the summer months Brandon plays tennis at his local tennis club. He also plays football and is looking forward to participating in several 5-a-side tournaments as part of MCM’s team this year.
