Jacqueline embarked on her legal career in 2002, and has years of experience in the private client field in relation to Tax Planning, Care Cost Planning, Executry Administration, Succession issues, Guardianships, Wills and Powers of Attorney. She is consistently aware that she is dealing with clients who may be fragile following bereavement or the illness of a loved one, and displays compassion and sensitivity at all times. She will readily meet with clients in their homes, hospital or care homes.

Jacqueline has delivered presentations at Law Society Conferences and various other organisations such as SENSE Scotland and care clinics across the West of Scotland and the Lothians. She supports pro bono monthly carers centres in Glasgow and Helensburgh, giving advice to carers on all Adults with Incapacity matters.

Jacqueline is the secretary for of the Scottish Association of Incapacity Lawyers and also tutors on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. She is a Notary Public and an Associate Member of STEP.
